By accessing or using MacroMate, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
MacroMate lets you log meals in natural language or photos and estimates their calories and macros using AI, tracking them against goals you set. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify the operator of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the system, and no automated abuse of the AI or APIs. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
AI estimates are not professional advice
Macro and calorie figures are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Coaching tips and meal suggestions are general information, not medical, nutritional, or health advice. Meal suggestions, including any filtering for allergies or dietary preferences, are AI-generated and not guaranteed to be accurate or safe — never rely on them to avoid an allergen or meet a dietary requirement; always check ingredients yourself. Do not rely on MacroMate for medical decisions; consult a qualified professional for dietary or health concerns.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date above reflects the latest version.
